In our home and in the studio we love our doTERRA products.   In a quest to go all natural, low tox and environmentally friendly we have discovered doTERRA and we love their products.  In class you'll notice we regularly diffuse OnGuard, doTERRA's protective blend essential oil.   OnGuard helps to purify the air and helps to kill off harmful bacteria and viruses.  It contains a blend of five essential oils, including wild orange peel, clove bud, cinnamon leaf, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus leaf and rosemary leaf.

After class, all our instruments, props and our mats are sanitized using a handheld hot steamer with a drop of two of OnGuard.

You may have come across essential oils before or you know others already using essential oils.   Maybe you’re interested to learn more.   We love our essential oils in our family.   As a family we are making roller blends for study and concentration, aching muscles, pimples, germs, headaches and now we’re venturing a little further into making our own low tox foaming hand soap.  In the coming months, in the studio, we plan to replace our hand santizer dispensers with doTERRA products.
